Every client must be registered to get started. Registration gives you the legal right to live and execute your business activities in Zambia. Rains of Favour ensures client security by providing security cheques during the company registration process — certified copies are issued until registration is complete.

To Get Started

  1. Talk with any of our business executives or state ambassadors in Nigeria for more details, if necessary.
  2. Register your company (give us three names for search checks).
  3. Request a subscription form.
  4. Request a draft of the service agreement for the Zambia company registration services.
  5. If terms are accepted, sign and provide all required details, then make your payment of $1,000 USD to our company account: Rains of Favour Limited — Globus Bank, USD Account Number: 5000086252; Naira Account Number: 1000319602.
  6. Request a court-certified bank draft photocopy in your name, per the service agreement.
  7. We commence your company registration and deliver it within 30 days.
  8. Receive your company documents and confirm authenticity via the PACRA website.
  9. Choose and conclude from any of our six products/services by making the required deposit amount.
  10. Another bank draft is issued in your name for the deposit paid.
  11. Your visa is processed and sent to arrive in Zambia within 7 days.
  12. Upon arrival, we pick you up from the airport to your hotel accommodation.
  13. The following day at our Zambia office, you pay the balance in cash.

Remote Onboarding

You can commence company registration after an online video presentation via our Zambia office or our Nigerian ambassadors, without visiting Zambia yet. You pay the $1,000 USD and rely on the certified security bank draft plus the signed, notarized service agreement. You may visit Zambia later, after registration.

Physical Onboarding in Zambia

Visit Zambia and meet us at our office for a better understanding of the opportunities and an on-the-spot assessment before starting registration. Where visa support is needed, an administrative charge of $300 USD applies as an optional service.
